原因一：气温低大气中悬浮的水汽凝结，能见度低于1000米时，气象学便称其为雾，我们这的应该不是。原因二：污染物不扩散空气中的污染物不易向外扩散，造成集聚效应，会使污染越来越重我们这有可能是。原因三：在雾霾天气中，PM2.5是“罪魁”。主要来源有多个。一是道路扬尘和建筑施工扬尘。二是汽车尾气。近年来，城市的汽车越来越多，排放的汽车尾气量也越来越多，对城市空气中PM2.5的“贡献”也越来越大了。三是工厂制造出的二次污染。四是冬季取暖时燃烧煤炭低空排放的污染物。五是生物质秸秆的燃烧以及垃圾焚烧产生的烟尘，这也是PM2.5的重要来源了。
雾霾也有许多的危害，有可能会引起急性感冒、急性气管支气管炎及肺炎、哮喘发作，诱发或加重慢性支气管炎……。雾霾还不利于儿童成长，影响心理健康……危害。多食清肺润肺食品首选是百合，具有润肺止咳、养阴消热、清心安神之效；清肺的食物,如胡萝卜、梨子、木耳、豆浆、蜂蜜、葡萄、大枣、石榴、柑桔、甘蔗、{子、百合、萝卜、荸荠、银耳等。

雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。
那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。
雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。
不要说雾霾天气是杀手，更不要说雾霾天气很可怕，其实，真正的凶手还是我们人类，是人类不懂得保护环境，是人类要破坏自己的家园，所以才引起雾霾天气，这些都是人类自食其果。

听妈妈说，雾霾的“罪魁祸首”居然是环境污染。北方在冬天都通过大量的烧煤产生的暧气、越来越多的汽车排放的尾气、高能耗工业排放的废气废水污染空气等等，这些都给雾霾添加了“能量”。听说南京的一些学校因为雾霾停课了，北方地区能见度只有五、六米。到处是灰蒙蒙的，一丝太阳光也看不见，太阳似乎被雾霾“侵蚀”了，很多地方还发生了连环交通事故。
其实雾霾是人们自己“创造”的，如果我们都保护环境，雾霾会来得这么凶吗？我多么希望，每一天起来都看见蔚蓝的天空，可以放心地大口大口地呼吸新鲜的空气，看见树叶在风中摇曳，听见鸟儿欢快的鸣叫，一派生机勃勃的景象，而不是眼前这个灰暗的世界……

清晨，我起床穿衣，拉开窗帘，四处灰蒙蒙的，分不清是烟还是雾，看样是雾霾来了，我放弃了开窗通风的习惯。

我坐在电脑前沉思，雾霾已经一天一天的侵袭我们的生活了，不能再这样忍受下去了，怎样才能把雾霾赶走让我们重新生活在蓝天白云下呢？我想人们上班时可以不开车改为骑自行车，或者乘坐公共交通工具，烧纸祭奠可以改成鲜花祭拜，逢年过节减少燃放烟花爆竹，不乱扔垃圾随地吐痰等，减少污染源的产生，就可以逐渐改善空气质量，驱散雾霾。如果我现在就能发明一种装置，把汽车尾气转化成一种对人类有益的气体该多好啊！

雾霾，现在已成为我们最头痛的问题。它好像是一个破坏者，已严重干扰了我们正常的生活。
一天早上，雾霾早已沾满了整个天空。爸爸像往常一样骑着电动车，送我去上学。坐在后座的我，往前方一看，整条马路上白茫茫的一大片。排成长龙的汽车尽管开着大灯，但仍如蜗牛一样挪动着；人行道上的来往行人，纷纷戴着口罩，以防雾霾危害到自己的健康。昔日的蓝天白云、清新的空气荡然全无......给我们带来的只是深深的厌恶和无奈。
